The Warhammer 40,000 Crossover With Call Of Duty Is Certainly Something

Crossovers are not exactly a rare thing in the modern age of video games. It feels like every month or so there is some kind of crossover announced, whether it be for Fortnite, PowerWash Simulator, or some random gacha game getting the obligatory NieR crossover. Call of Duty is one such game that is constantly announcing crossover events, especially with its popular free-to-play Battle Royale, Call of Duty Warzone.

It was revealed that Call of Duty Modern Warfare III was collaborating with Warhammer: 40,000 as a part of the former’s Season 2 Reloaded update. Included in the crossover are three Store Bundles. There is one inspired by Space Marines, one which dons you in the regalia of the Adepta Sororitas, and the third outfits the player with the armour of the Kasrkin.

Skins are not the only part of this crossover, however, as there is also a new limited-time game mode being added called “Juggermosh”. In this game mode, players will wear 41at Millenium-inspired Power Armour and will battle for the possession of a Chainsword, which behaves as a one-hit kill weapon inthis context. This is all done in third-person to make it truly feel like a Warhammer: 40,000 game.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III is out for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
