Bandai Namco’s Extraction Shooter Is Getting A Closed Beta Later This Month

Bandai Namco, best known for publishing FromSoftware’s Elden Ring, as well as the development and publishing of the TEKKEN and Soul Calibur series, has a PvPvE extraction shooter on the way in the form of SYNDUALITY Echo of Ada. Developed by Game Studio Inc. and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment, SYNDUALITY Echo of Ada is set in the world of Amasia, and places players in the shoes of “Drifters”, and tasks them with collecting a rare resource.

Bandai just revealed this morning that this game would be receiving a Closed Beta Test which would run from March 28 to April 1.

Players will be able to pick a Magus (basically an AI companion), and their CRADLECOFFIN (Gundam at home). Various missions, with the goal of collecting AO Crystals, the rare resource previously mentioned, as well as the chance to see what else lies hidden on Amasia. Being a PvPvE Extraction Shooter, players will also have the risk of facing other players who might prefer to pilfer the AO Crystals off the remains of other players.

Players can apply for a Closed Beta key here, until March 19, with the codes to come from March 25 and preloads available as to allow players to be ready for the small timeframe that the beta will be playable.

There is no release date currently announced for SYNDUALITY Echo of Ada, but the game will be available for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
