Supergiant Games has given everyone a treat this morning with the surprise release of Hades II in Early Access. This comes after some recent technical tests for the game where people were already quite happy with what they were playing.
Hades II is an action roguelite game that places you in the shoes of Melinoë, the sister to Zagreus, the protagonist of the first game. The first Hades was released in 2020 to rave reviews, with our review scoring it a 9, stating “Supergiant’s latest title is a celebration of style and accessibility in a genre that perhaps ignores how niche it is.”

Hades II is currently sitting with an overwhelmingly positive on Steam, with an impressive 98% of all user reviews being positive. You can purchase the game in Early Access on Steam and Epic Games Store for A$43.95.
